Job Description:

We are recruiting candidates who can speak KANNADA & English for (Retention) voice process.

As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer retention & loyalty process. You will manage campaigns across various channels Voice process, ensuring their timely execution. You will also play a crucial role in campaign planning, content creation, analysis, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, creative, and able to deliver high-quality work.

Job Overview:

  • Working Days: 6 Days | 1 Day Rotational week off
  • Shifts: Day Shift
  • CTC: Rs. 24,000/month

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience: 1 year experience in Customer Service
  • Languages Known: KANNADA & English

Competencies/ Skill set:

  • Must have 1+ years of experience in customer support or in Retention
  • Written & Verbal Communication in Malayalam & English
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of handling customer queries & retain the existing customers.
  • Willingness to be a team player and show initiative where needed.
