Oracle EPM Infrastructure Associate & Consultant level Mumbai Location
James and Monroe are a leading provider of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence solutions to its clients in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and India. Currently, we are looking for Associates & Consultants to be part of our fast-growing development & support centre in Mumbai and Pune only.
Skills:
- The ideal candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in installation, configuration, and migration of Oracle on-premise or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) hosted environments for EPM suite of products (HFM/FDMEE/Planning/Essbase/DRM) version 11.2+ in a standalone or shared server setup to meet client requirements.
- Experience in upgrade from 11.1.x to 11.2.x EPM products.
- Develop automation scripts using appropriate scripting languages (Batch, PowerShell, Cron jobs etc) to streamline services, backup and automations in Windows/Unix/Linux based environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to on-premise/OCI infrastructure and application deployments using support tickets.
- Apply & Validate scheduled Oracle patch updates or bug fixes.
- Monitor system performance, ensure high server availability and performance by implementing proactive measures related to performance tuning and optimization.
- Install SSL as per client requirements across required server and environments.
- Resolve Infrastructure product bugs or issues by working with Oracle through Service requests.
- Assist and guide only with the IT team on EPM Disaster Recovery (DR) tasks.
- Application experience of EPM product tools would be advantageous.
Strong client-facing and communication skills, both verbal and written, are paramount.

For the role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.
- 2-5 years infrastructure experience across Oracle EPM suite of products.
- Candidates should be able to manage multiple teams and client.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ideally looking for local Mumbai and Pune based candidates.
The location will be Mumbai only but travel to Australia/ New Zealand/ other overseas/local client sites may be required for various durations, dependant on the specifics of the projects. Candidate must be willing to travel within India and outside India. Excellent career prospects are available for the right candidates, as we are looking for the best in the industry.
