  • Oversee AHT, shrinkage control, attrition management, KPIs (NPS), and rostering processes.
  • Develop strategies to improve CSAT scores through effective communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to BPO operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the BPO sector.
