Job Description

Job Profile: Collection Executive (Voice Process)

Location: Airoli, Rabale, Thane
Experience: Freshers and Experienced both are welcome
Role Type: Full-Time, Voice Process
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for payment collection
Negotiate and convince customers for timely payments
Update payment status and follow up as required
Maintain accurate records of communication

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

Education: Minimum 12th Pass
