Address user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking issues
Assist customers with installing applications and computer peripherals
Diagnose problems through targeted questioning
Guide users with step-by-step remote troubleshooting
Troubleshoot routers, switches, and other network devices
Customize desktop applications based on user needs
Document technical issues and solutions in logsd
Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
Gather customer feedback & contribute to technical documentation
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
Basic knowledge of network security practices & antivirus programs
Understanding of office automation tools, printers, scanners, etc.
Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
Ability to perform remote support & provide clear instructions
Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
