Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather functional and technical requirements.
Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes to identify areas of inefficiency or opportunities for improvement.
Develop and document detailed business requirements, workflows, and processes.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to drive alignment and understanding across teams.
Work with project managers and IT teams to ensure timely delivery of business solutions.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track progress and performance.
Provide support during the testing and implementation phases of projects, ensuring that solutions meet business needs.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports, recommendations, and presentations to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business processes.
