Job Description

Hiring for Customer care executive
Requirements:

Only Female Candidate required
Previous 6months to 1year of customer service experience, especially in e-commerce, preferred.
Monday to Sunday.
9 Hours rotational shift between 0900 to 2000 hours IST.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal/Written with proper grammar.
Ability to work with others in a close manner.
Good computer and typing (28-30 wpm) skills.
Good multi-tasking skills.

Skills and Specifications

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Any other south Indian language would be an added advantage.
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
