Job Description
Role Proficiency:
Create and Organise testing process based on project requirement and manage test activities within team
Outcomes:
- Test Estimates and Schedules-. Ensure Test Coverage
- Produce test results defect reports test logs and reports to evidence for testing
- Publish RCA reports and preventive measures
- Ensure Quality of Deliverables
- Report project metrics and status
- Ensure adherence of Engineering practices processes and standards
- Understand and contribute to test automation/performance testing
- Work with DevOps team when required; to understand testing framework and QA process for implementing continuous testing
- Manage team utilization

Additional Comments:- Minimum 10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on test architecture and strategy - Seasoned technical test leader who can recommend tools, frameworks, demonstrate, and with their technical expertise provide guidance to team. - Identify opportunities for optimization, increased efficiency, and enhanced test coverage - Develop and articulate the overall testing strategy and approach for projects, considering factors such as system architecture, business requirements, and risk assessment. Provide technical guidance in the identification and resolution of complex technical challenges related to testing and quality assurance. - Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment on testing goals and strategies. - Identify key performance indicators and metrics to measure testing effectiveness and product quality. - Expertise in different phases of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including methodologies like Agile and Waterfall. - Good Exposure to Testing Life Cycle and Bug Life Cycle. - Conducted test case reviews, provide project related status reporting, coordinate all release planning, and lead the testing team through all project phases - Good experience in Designing Automation Framework. - Mentoring new team members and leading team of 10+ associates - Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills - including requirements analysis, detailed planning, and risk assessment - Effective organizational and communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver technical presentations and tailor content to audience as appropriate - Defined strategy across functional and E2E , SIT ,UAT testing including functional automation, integration testing, performance testing. - Review Test estimates and testing schedules. - Strong experience in designing large enterprise level system integration testing strategies Expertise in Selenium and Appium automation tools on both Android and web platform and automating regression test cases using Selenium WebDriver with Java. Expertise in Automation framework development, customization, reporting component integration Well versed with Automation maturity assessment, feasibility analysis and tooling strategy Preferred: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline -
