Java Full Stack Developer @ Leading Indian

Job Description

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  
• Design and implement APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrate with databases (HANA, SQL Server, Oracle).
  
• Create responsive UI pages using HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
  
• Utilize scripting languages including Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript to build dynamic interfaces.
  
• Debug and resolve production issues and customer-reported defects effectively.
  
• Review and analyze complex codebases and custom APIs built with HTML and Java.
  
• Collaborate with QA and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and SLA compliance.
  
• Work with RESTful web services and microservices architecture (preferred).
  
• Actively contribute to SAP Ariba application development (preferred).
  
• Follow object-oriented programming principles and MVC design patterns.
  

Technical Skills:

• Backend: Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate
  
• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript
  
• Database: SQL Server, Oracle, HANA
  
• Tools: Eclipse, Visual Studio, Postman, GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams
  
• Others: REST/SOAP APIs, Microservices (added advantage), Automation, Code Quality Checks
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in a Product Company (as employee or client-side Java developer).
  
• Experience working with or on SAP Ariba Applications is a strong plus.
  
• Proficiency in debugging both frontend and backend customer issues.
  
• Knowledge of third-party libraries and the ability to understand various scripting languages.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  
• Experience managing tasks independently and contributing to team deliverables.
