Full Stack Developer
Location: New Delhi

Location: Delhi
Position Brief: The Full Stack Developer role involves developing and maintaining web applications with a focus on PHP, React, and Node.js. This role will drive the development of robust, scalable applications to enhance WAISL's suite of airport-focused digital solutions. The developer is responsible for designing and maintaining software architecture, integrating various software applications, and ensuring development efficiency while mentoring junior developers.
Primary Role & Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of the candidate will include:
- Writing server-side application logic in PHP or PHP-based environments.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and APIs using PHP, React, and Node.js.
- Integrating and designing scalable applications with reusability in mind.
- Implementing and troubleshooting application issues, including memory analysis and thread dumps.
- Creating data models, triggers, and stored procedures.
- Developing, testing, and maintaining LAMP systems using PHP 8.2+, Laravel, and CodeIgniter.
- Ensuring secure coding practices and conducting vulnerability testing.
- Mentoring junior developers within the team.
Required Soft Skills:

- Strong mentoring and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment.
Working Experience and Qualification:
- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in full stack development.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in PHP, React, Node.js, and associated web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
- Strong experience with databases like Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL. o Knowledge of SOAP, REST, microservices, ORM frameworks, and security protocols (e.g., OAuth2, SAML). Familiarity with tools like GIT, Postman, JIRA, and automated build/CI/CD platforms.
- Experience in writing performance-oriented code and maintaining detailed documentation.
