Education and Specific Training

  • Graduate
  • 1 Year Experience to be considered
  • Excellent communication Skill
  • Experienced preferably from any BPO background

Work Experience

  • Agent experience in a call centre environment.

Eligibility

  • Fresher + Graduate in agriculture.
  • 1 year experience in inbound voice + Graduate in any steam.

  • Good comm skills, and can comprehend English
  • Good problem solving, flexible

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Delivery

  • Inbound Calls to customers and provide appropriate information regarding agriculture products and equipment.
  • Proactively keeps up to date on new procedures.
  • Complete understanding of the platform
  • Complete ability and empowerment to provide end to end

Design

  • Ability to find an effective solution in a simple and clear manner. Should proactively keep the customers and stakeholders informed about the issue and take corrective actions accordingly

Outcomes

  • To keep himself/herself updated about the latest happenings around and asks questions which impacts customers delight

Communication

  • Proven ability to communicate with customers
  • Stay closely involved with operations
