Education and Specific Training
- Graduate
- 1 Year Experience to be considered
- Excellent communication Skill
- Experienced preferably from any BPO background
Work Experience
- Agent experience in a call centre environment.
Eligibility
- Fresher + Graduate in agriculture.
- 1 year experience in inbound voice + Graduate in any steam.
Competencies and Specific Skills
- Good comm skills, and can comprehend English
- Good problem solving, flexible

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Delivery
- Inbound Calls to customers and provide appropriate information regarding agriculture products and equipment.
- Proactively keeps up to date on new procedures.
- Complete understanding of the platform
- Complete ability and empowerment to provide end to end
Design
- Ability to find an effective solution in a simple and clear manner. Should proactively keep the customers and stakeholders informed about the issue and take corrective actions accordingly
Outcomes
- To keep himself/herself updated about the latest happenings around and asks questions which impacts customers delight
Communication
- Proven ability to communicate with customers
