Job Title: Data Scientist (02 Years Experience)

Role Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and curious Data Scientist with 02 years of experience to join our data science team. You will work on real-world business problems, analyze large datasets, build machine learning models, and create compelling visualizations to drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Extract, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources.
* Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and insights.
* Build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
* Create data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
* Present clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging tools in data science.
Required Skills:
Programming Languages/Frameworks:
* Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
* PySpark for distributed data processing
Databases & Query Languages:
* Proficiency in MySQL/MSSQL
* Understanding of Cloud Data Warehouse such as Google Big Query
* Knowledge of NoSQL like MongoDB
Data Visualization:
* Tableau
* Power BI
Other Technical Skills:
* Strong understanding of statistics and machine learning fundamentals
* Command line proficiency (Linux/Unix)
* Git and version control tools
Good-to-Have Skills
* Data processing and ETL knowledge
* Experience with dbt (Data Build Tool)
* Familiarity with Apache Kafka, Airflow, or Apache Storm
* Exposure to data pipeline design and orchestration tools
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
02 years of experience in a data science, analytics, or related role (internships included)
