What will you drive?
Establish and optimize Retail unit processes, managing daily team performance. The incumbent is responsible for setting up the Retail unit and processes, managing daily performance of all team members and deliver regular reviews. Be responsible for planning acquisition, allocation & strategic alliances with channel partners in the city within the allocated territory. Achieve targeted regional growth at a rate and margin consistent with the company's business plan. Coach and develop direct reports. Implement performance plans according to company protocol.
Who are we looking for?
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams. In-depth knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer experience management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with teams and senior leadership. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and leverage metrics for business improvement. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
