Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Recruiter, you need to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT/Non IT bulk/ BPO hiring positions.
Should be responsible for Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating the candidates.
Should be able to maintain Foster long-term relationships with candidates through reviews & follow ups.
Review and understand technical and non technical job requirements.
Ability to learn and know the new technologies in the market.
Should have go getter attitude, flexible and aggressive and happy to face challenging situation. Desired Candidate Profile
