Job Description

As a Placement Executive, you will play a vital role in connecting with clients for relevant internship,
co-op, or job opportunities. You will work closely with employers to facilitate placements that align
with the participants' academic and career objectives. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless
placement process and a positive experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Employer Relations:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with local employers, businesses, and organizations.
Identify potential internship or job opportunities for students.
Collaborate with employers to understand their needs and expectations.
Placement Coordination:
Match students with suitable internship, co-op, or job opportunities.
Coordinate the application and interview process between students and employers.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in placements.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of placements, including agreements, contracts, and feedback.
Generate reports on placement outcomes and success rates.
Keep track of key performance indicators related to placement activities.
Process Updating:
Contribute to the development and enhancement of placement process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in career placement.
Networking and Outreach:
Organize job fairs, industry events, and networking to expand placement opportunities.
Promote the organization's placement services to potential employers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in career counselling, recruitment, or related fields is a plus.
Knowledge of career development theories and IT job market trends.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in computer applications and database management.
