2. Assign changes to offshore team and tracking status of the changes.

3. Analyze and implement changes on the assigned work.

4. Monitor production servers.

5. Review the changes done by the team.

6. Responsible for guiding the team in their day to day activity.

7. Used Agile development methodology to develop and maintain project
