Job Description Were looking for a passionate and curious Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails) to join our engineering team. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates or individuals starting their career in backend development. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Basic understanding of Ruby and the Rails framework. Familiarity with REST APIs, MVC architecture, and Git. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a startup : Develop and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Work closely with frontend developers, designers, and product managers. Implement APIs and integrate third-party services. Participate in code reviews and team meetings. Test and debug applications to ensure performance and reliability. Learn and grow under the guidance of senior developers. (ref:hirist.tech),
