Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-Managing timely and comprehensive Tender documentation and bid uploading in coordination with the Sales Team.Day to day researching and analyzing latest Tenders based on marketing trends and providing valuable inputs.Assists in preparation and/or review of Tender Documentation.Handle all tender portals sites, Pvt. Govt. Online Offline and communicate with Government authority.Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.Supportive for responding to customer queries complaints.Gathering intelligence for bids tender from tender portals.Data management and marketing activity like Demo etc.Interact with potential existing customers.Experience as a Pre- sales coordinator will be considered a plus.Experience with GeM Procurement.Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.Experience from the same Industry will be an added advantage.

SKILLS REQUIRED:-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tendering , Tender Documentation , Govt. and Non. Govt. Portals.
Update client records.
To maintain confidentiality at all times.
