Job Description:
You will be part of the Customer Engineering team, working with technologies such as Java, Spring, RESTful APIs, AWS/Cloud, SQL and NoSQL databases, JavaScript/Angular, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by clients within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Conduct root cause analysis and deliver effective workarounds or long-term solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to replicate, debug, and resolve complex client-reported issues.
Support deployment activities, environment setup, and technical troubleshooting.
Communicate resolutions clearly and provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders.
Document solutions, recurring issues, and best practices to improve support efficiency.
Maintain high client satisfaction through prompt and professional handling of queries.
Design and implement enhancements or minor product improvements based on customer feedback and internal initiatives.
Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting coding best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Java, Spring, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and front-end tools like JavaScript/Angular.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client queries in a dynamic environment.
