Job Description

• Job Description Master Planning, Faade design, Layout Planning and Interior Planning
•   Lead a team of 7 to 8 architects
•   Tender drawings and documents, coordinated GFC drawings
•   Municipal and Submission dwgs preparation
•   Coordination with various disciplines and client

Technical Competencies:-

• Knowledge and understanding of relevant Design Guidelines & Statutory Requirements
• Expertise in various architecture models and technical skills
• Software skills required: Revit, Sketch up and AutoCAD

Behavioural Competencies:-

• Follow Code of Ethics set by the company
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Language.
• Shall have to travel & visit/ relocate at any site as per project requirement.
• Seeks information and help from others when assisting clients with queries
• Keeps pace with high volumes of work when necessary

• MS Word
• MS Ecel
• AutoCad
• Revit
