Branch Internship Trainee Associate @ Muthoot Finance

Job Description

• Attend walk-in customers and provide accurate information regarding gold loan products.
• Evaluate the quality and purity of gold ornaments.
• Process gold loan applications, perform KYC verification, and maintain loan documentation.
• Ensure timely disbursal of loans and proper documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on interest collection and loan repayments.
• Maintain records of pledged gold and ensure safe custody in vaults.
• Cross-sell financial products like insurance, savings accounts, etc.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI guidelines.Role & responsibilities
