Sublime Data Systems is experiencing rapid growth! We are currently in search of an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, the ideal candidate will take center stage in propelling our business forward. Their responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing fresh business prospects, nurturing client relationships, and broadening our clientele base.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint emerging trends, evaluate competitive landscapes, and discern potential client requirements.
  • Actively explore new sales opportunities using methods like cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute highly effective business development strategies, encompassing market entry plans, client acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with current clients while proactively identifying chances for upselling and cross-selling IT services.
  • Identify and actively pursue new business leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to craft customized proposals and presentations that directly address clients unique needs and challenges.
  • Lead negotiations, adeptly manage objections, and successfully close deals while ensuring mutually advantageous agreements.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline within CRM software, tracking leads from initial contact to closure.
  • Work in close partnership with technical teams, project managers, and executives to guarantee seamless service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
    Requirements
      • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
      • 6+ years of business development/sales experience, preferably in IT services.
      • Solid grasp of IT services and industry knowledge.
      • Strong networking, negotiation, and CRM skills.
      • Self-motivated and collaborative.
      • Willingness to travel for meetings and events.
