Mid-senior level Engineer:

Experience: 2 to 5 years in heavy vehicles or specialized equipment design

Qualifications: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Masters in CAD/CAM or Machine Design

Characteristics:

Proven Analytical ability

Good verbal communication and presentation skills

Demonstrate outstanding technical knowledge and ownership of design

Through knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, etc.

Knowledge of FMEA or DFM will be an added advantage

Exposure to manufacturing and assembly processes essential.

Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement both on a personal and organizational level.

Team player and networking skills

Responsibilities:

Design and analysis of Static Structure, Heavy automobiles, and specialized equipment.

Working on Interior Trims (Instrument Panel, Door trims, Pillar trims, etc)

Communicating with customers on day to day activities

Participate in NPD & VAVE, internal design reviews.

Sheetmetal design, surface modeling, 2D creation.

Undertaking simple stress calculation and force calculation

Engineering Material knowledge

Creative ideation

Complete assigned work in a timely manner with an appropriate level of effort, following applicable practices, methods, and standards.

Handles multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizes work appropriately
