Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage branch operations, including sales, customer service, and team handling.
- Oversee daily activities of the branch office to achieve targets and goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth and improve efficiency.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (branch management).
- Diploma holder from a recognized institution (any specialization).
- Strong skills in BM (Branch Management), branch handling, branch operations, branch supervision.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams for better results.
