Job Description

Required Skill set


Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT/ERP solutions domain.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to develop long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Willingness to travel as required.


Job Responsibility


Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales and market expansion.

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in ERP solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, pre-sales, and technical teams, to tailor solutions for client needs.

Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and ensure smooth contract execution.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

Drive revenue growth by managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
