Java Developer to join backend engineering team. Job will require designing and building scalable microservices-based applications deployed in Kubernetes environments. Solid Java expertise and practical experience in cloud-native architectures is required.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices for enterprise-scale applications.
- Build containerized services using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes.
- Implement RESTful APIs and backend components with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Integrate with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing.
- Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to enable CI/CD pipelines, observability, and robust deployments.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile sprint ceremonies.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.
Qualifications Required :
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of professional Java development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and REST API development.
- Proven experience in building and deploying microservices in Kubernetes and Docker.
- Good understanding of distributed systems and service discovery.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
