Position: IT support engineer (Sr specialist) level

Joining time: 30 days

Experience required: 5 -9 years.

Description

The End User support and Infrastructure specialist is responsible for maintaining and supporting complete

infrastructure, tools, and utilities to support IT operation.

IT support responsibility

Responsible for complete IT setup, Management, Security and Maintenance of Salcomp factory

Experience in handling end user security

Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.

Install and maintain network hardware and software.

Analyze and isolate issues.

Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.

Evaluate and modify system's performance.

Exposer to end user security.

Determine network and system requirements.

Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.

Server administration and management

Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical

considerations.

Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as

printers.

Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems.

Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, phones, personal digital assistants,

smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.

IT Desktop support Engineer Requirements

Bachelors degree/diploma in IT, computer science or related field of study.

In depth knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server

infrastructure

Ability to quickly learn technologies and products using documentation and internet resources.

Ability to work with all levels of IT staff inside and outside the organization.

Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.

Good analytical and problem-solving skill
