Job Description

We are hiring for Senior Accountant

Location: Vashi-navi mumbai

Experience: 6-10yrs

Roles and Responsibilities:

Financial:
1. Assisting the Accounts team in proper && accurate day-to-day Book-keeping
2. Assisting the Finance Manager in estimating the funds required to undertake
tasks, complete projects and Variance analysis
3. Supervising month-end processes and preparing MIS reporting in stipulated
format
4. Assisting the Finance Manager in preparing the necessary data, for correct and
timely submission to tax advisors, external auditors, CCO, CFO, and other
Public/Statutory Filings.
5. Maintaining financial records
6. Preparing balance sheets && cash flow statements
7. Assisting internal controls
8. Business accounting
9. The expenditure of various departments
10. Liaising with banking partners
11. Knowledge in Income tax appeals && scrutiny would be appreciable.
12. Knowledge of Transfer Pricing, FEMA etc would be an added advantage
Secretarial: Assisting && guiding in:
13. All compliances pertaining to the secretarial function of the Company
14. Coordinating with external and internal teams/statutory authorities
15. Handling Board and Committee Meetings and drafting Minutes, Notice for Board,
Committees and Members
16. RBI Compliances including filing Annual Returns and filing FEMA returns
17. Practical knowledge && experience in ROC, Statutory compliances, Incorporation
of Companies, Direct && Indirect taxation, PF, PT, TDS, Statutory and Tax Audit etc

Reporting: To the MD and Finance Manager

Qualifications and Attributes:

Inter CA / BCom with experience in Compliance/Finance/Book-
keeping/Audit/Taxation/ROC compliances
6-10 years of experience in relevant positions
Excellent communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills
Utmost integrity and sincerity is a priority
Working experience in Tally ERP, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, drafting letters etc
Excellent Oral && written communication skills as well as prioritizing the work.
