Qualification : BE in Civil
Exp : 3 -12 yrs with Precast Companies
CTC : Best in the market
Location : Ankul (Odissa)
Note :
Precast building construction project exp mandatory
Role :
This is a role involved in the execution and management of construction projects, including coordination, documentation, and cost estimation. They work alongside other engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Working with subcontractors and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Documentation: Preparing and managing project documentation, including plans and specifications.
Cost Estimation: Developing and managing project budgets and costs.
Scheduling: Creating and managing project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Quality Control: Ensuring projects meet quality standards and specifications.
Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction principles, building codes, and relevant technologies.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
