Job Description
Role : Software Tester (Manual Tester)
Experience : 4+ years
Location : Noida ( WFO)
Responsibility : MANUAL TESTER
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Execute manual test cases and report bugs clearly and accurately.
- Participate in functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain documentation for test procedures, results, and process improvements.
- Communicate testing progress, results, and risks to team members.
- Assist in creating automated tests (optional depending on skillset).
- Adbility to do exhaustive and detailed testing for Web/ Mobile apps
- Independent Communicator and ability to handle client calls.
- Identify what is broken (i.e. find Software Bugs)
- Eager to learn, Team player, Good communication, logical and Investigative skills
- knowledge of different testing methodologies
- Write/execute test plans and identify software bugs
- Ability to do ad-hoc/exploratory testing on mobile/web applications
- Experience with bug-tracking systems..
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual).
- Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
- Ability to write and execute test cases and scenarios.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Client handling
- Excellent communication with mail etiquette
- Ability to work in a team.
- A bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
- BTech / SQL/ Manual Testing knowledge (advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
