Job Description

Job Requirements:

• Fresher / 1-2 of Experience
• Should be familiar with National Building Codes / International Building Codes / By-Laws
• Should be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit platforms
• Should have basic understanding of Architectural Layouts and planning
• Should be well spoken in English and able to write clear / concise emails. 
• Should be able to work with Mail Chimp for mass emails / marketing
• Should be able to work with clients on zoom calls.
• Should be willing to relocate to Lucknow for job.
• Job timings are USA based - 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (Midnight)

 

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learning and testing new Architectural software that is being developed by us.
• Help in marketing of software / sending mass marketing emails to clients.
• Providing customer support for software to US based clients
• Working with clients on Zoom Calls / meetings to resolve software issues 
• Training with software developer and head Architect to test software and identify bugs.

 

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

• Should be able to work independently and as part of team as needed.
• Should be consistent in meeting project deadlines and deliver.
• Willing to grow and take on responsibilities.
