**Job Department:**
As a vital part of our product development team, you will play a pivotal role in the conversion
of our produced biofuel and biochar into a range of valuable products, including biochar
fertilizer, green construction materials, bio asphalt, and marine fuel oil. This role involves
cutting-edge product development and conducting validation tests to bring these innovative
solutions to the market. Positions are based in Khopoli, Mumbai, and local accommodation
can be provided if necessary.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and optimize processes for converting biofuels
and biochar into various products.
- Conduct rigorous research and analysis of emerging technologies, materials, and
manufacturing processes related to our product portfolio.
- Ensure consistent quality and efficiency in doing experiments for product up-gradation
process development.
- Operate and maintain equipment and machinery with precision and safety.
- Work closely with senior team members to establish and achieve performance goals.
- Maintain detailed records and data analysis to drive informed decisions.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or ITI Chemistry.
- Exceptional academic performance, including university or departmental honors or top
grades.
- Based in Khopoli, Mumbai, or nearby areas.
- Immediate availability to join, without notice period constraints.
- Proficiency in basic Excel, mathematics, and online tools.
- Strong sense of responsibility, unwavering attention to detail, and a commitment to
delivering on commitments.
