Job Description
- 7+ years of experience of IT Recruitment experience in a fast-paced and target oriented environment
- Need to Manage end-to-end Recruitment
- Excellent sourcing skills, able to source from Job Boards and other social media mediums
- Stakeholder management
- Familiar with Job Postings on job boards and social media
- Adept in Niche sourcing and Hiring
- Must have penchant to work on high-end technologies
- Meet the timelines and adhere to TAT as mentioned.
- Exposure in campus hiring and recruitment drives
- Responsible for full recruitment cycle from sourcing to on-boarding
- Accountable for meeting the desired targets and keeping the prospect candidates warm
- Extremely adaptable and accommodate the operational requests
- Adapt and bring in best practices in recruitment
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to understand, interpret and close positions as per TAT.
- Report the daily activities to the immediate supervisor
- Maintain the MIS reports and be able to present the details whenever requested
- Available to join within 10-15 days post offer release.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to work independently
- You are Result Oriented, Quick Learner and Energetic
- You maintain highest level of confidentiality and integrity at work place.
