Position Requirements:

• 10 ~ 15 year of experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications

• Should have strong experience in EPM implementation and support.

• Should have Delivery Management experience from requirement development / definition to functional solution design, implementation (Convert, Integrate and Extend), System Testing, UAT, PROD Cut-Over, Go-Live and service management

• Project Management experience in a consulting / IT Services environment

• Sound knowledge of upgradation, lift and shift and support projects experience in all EPM modules.

• Good understanding of Industry Solutions and implementation aspects of engagement, integrated software solutions within constraints like Time, Budget

• Act as domain expert on Projects and provide coaching, mentoring, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members

• Effectively communicate with various stakeholders and actively participate in practice / business development activities

• Should be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence

• Solid understanding of Enterprise Structures and ability to guide the team where necessary

• High level knowledge of end-to-end integration of EPM Modules with other modules like ePBCS(Workforce, Capex, Financials, Projects and Strategic Planning)

• Deliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLA s and KPI s

• Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong people and team management experience
