Position Requirements:
10 ~ 15 year of experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
Should have strong experience in EPM implementation and support.
Should have Delivery Management experience from requirement development / definition to functional solution design, implementation (Convert, Integrate and Extend), System Testing, UAT, PROD Cut-Over, Go-Live and service management
Project Management experience in a consulting / IT Services environment
Sound knowledge of upgradation, lift and shift and support projects experience in all EPM modules.
Good understanding of Industry Solutions and implementation aspects of engagement, integrated software solutions within constraints like Time, Budget
Act as domain expert on Projects and provide coaching, mentoring, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members
Effectively communicate with various stakeholders and actively participate in practice / business development activities
Should be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence
Solid understanding of Enterprise Structures and ability to guide the team where necessary
High level knowledge of end-to-end integration of EPM Modules with other modules like ePBCS(Workforce, Capex, Financials, Projects and Strategic Planning)
Deliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLA s and KPI s
Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong people and team management experience
