Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from customers and provide timely and accurate resolution to their queries and concerns
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
Educate customers on various products and services offered by the bank and assist them in making informed decisions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet and exceed individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and sales goals
Continuously update knowledge of bank products, services, and processes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
