Job Description

We are looking for Flutter Developer

Location WFH

Questionnaire should be thoroughly filled by candidate,

CV should she proper.

Exp 5+ (2+year Flutter , 3+ year atleast one of either Native Android or Native iOS )

 Flutter, as well as atleast one of either Native Android or Native iOS.  

Work parallel on both Native and Flutter (Exp Mandatory)

The Flutter stack that we are looking for is as follows

Knowledge on the stack is also ok

1. Flutter 3.10.x
2. Flutter Add-to-App (FlutterFragment)
3. Pigeon
4. Riverpod
5. AutoRoute
6. Freezed

Client Expectation : -

We need to deliver high-stability and timely outcomes.

At the moment, none of the EMs/Leads have any bandwidth to provide the kind of mentoring that Juniors need.

We need accomplished members who are good Devs through and through, and who additionally take the responsibility of delivering robust stable outcomes.

Robust Stable Deliveries that are somewhat delayed on time, those I easily defend (very strongly) when management raises queries.

But deliveries that are even a little low on robustness or stability, those I just can't/won't defend.

Only a fairly accomplished Dev can consistently meet this expectation.

Secondly, it's in general a challenge to find strong Flutter Devs. Maybe that technology itself is to blame, as it makes most things so easy to accomplish, that general Flutter Devs don't bother to understand what's happening under the hood. Client App already contains a lot of Native code that needs to Interoperate with the Flutter Stack.

The recruitment approach I have found successful for Flutter is to recruit accomplished Native Devs with a clear and strong intent for Flutter.

Whatever little Flutter mentoring they might need, that we will certainly provide.
