Job Description

Scope Of Work :

The person should be responsible for managing documents,monitoring,approving,reporting and encoding the time sheet.

 

Job Responsibilities :

 

  • Perform administrative duties ( including documents distribution / collection / Tiling )
  • Compile non-conformance report and expedite on closing of product discrepancy
  • Maintain and update stock inventory records and location of equipment and vehicle
  • Prepare and Encode Shade Equipment Timesheet to Oracle JDE for Equipment & Fleet Section, Warehouse, Fabrication and Head Office.
  • Checking Equipment Timesheet of all Sites thru Oracle JDE.
  • Update Equipment and Vehicle Master List and Files.
  • Prepare & Receive Equipment and Vehicle Shifting Advice.
  • Receive Equipment Service Request (ESR) to Prepare Follow up Asset Request Slip (ARS).
  • Receive Price Analysis and Asset Draft Purchase Order (ADPO) for Managers Review and
  • Approval & Receive Asset Purchase Order (APO) for filling.
  • Prepare Receiving Documents for Newly Acquired Equipment and Vehicle for Company Asset.
  • Prepare Vehicle Custody and Check List for Custodian.
  • Prepare Employee Disciplinary Action Form, internal Memos and other Letter Request.
  • Receive Maintenance Work Request (MVVR) to make MWR Number and forward to Workshop Coordinator to file a Maintenance Work Order (MWO) for necessary maintenance.
  • Handling Logistic Email Account_
  • Handling the gas station WAIE Automation System and Prepare for Payments Request for monthly Petrol/Diesel Load.
  • Report any Computer Related Issues to lTD Portal.
  • Computer 'Maintenance, Troubleshoot and Related Graphics Designing.
  • Request any Safety related Issues to Safety Portal.
  • Issuance of Petrol/Diesel Invoice & Camp Gate Pass.

 

Must Have Experience :

1. The candidate must have experience in the maintenance and workshop management of heavy equipment and vehicles.
2. The candidate should have a good understanding of ERP systems and other software skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, etc.
3. The candidate should have experience in fleet management.
