Job Description
Location: Mumbai (with frequent client-site travel)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced (2 - 4 years)
About the Role
Were looking for both freshers and experienced candidates candidates (preferred) to join our ERP implementation team. Whether youre a fresher or have up to 4 years of experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with real-world clients, travel, and grow your career in one of the most in-demand technology domains.
Youll be responsible for setting up our ERP software at client sites, training users, and supporting their onboarding into a digitized, compliant business process.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement ERP modules at client sites and via remote sessions
- Train end-users across various departments including Production, QA/QC, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Finance
- Understand client-specific business workflows and configure ERP systems accordingly
- Provide assistance during go-live and ongoing post-deployment support
- Document implementation processes, issues, and user feedback
- Travel to client locations as required
Youll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Are a fast learner, practical thinker and problem solver.
- Communicate clearly (written and spoken English, Hindi)
- Are willing to travel often to have the software implemented.
- Understand basic business concepts (manufacturing, inventory, finance, etc.)
- Have a background in IT, Computer Science, BSc, BCA, MCA, or business/engineering, BCom, MCom (Finance, Accounting)
Bonus Points (Preferred for Experienced Candidates)
- Any ERP experience (as a user or implementer)
- Experience working with clients in pharma or manufacturing
- Good understanding of business process flows
