Telesales/Telemarketing/Lead Generation Via Cold Calling: 1Yr+
Age: 29 Below
Qualification: Under Graduate/Graduate
Languages: Good English and Hindi Speaking
Salary: Upto 22000 NTH
Location: Andheri (Mumbai)
Incentives: Incentives based on performance
Shift Timings: 10 Am to 7 Pm(Candidate should be ready to extend the shift hours as per business needs)
Weekoff : Rotational Weekoff

Candidate Must have an experience into Telesales/Telemarketing/Lead Generation/Cold Calling
Should be comfortable using headsets / microphones for long hours


Roles and Responsibilities

Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources.
To fix up appointments with prospective customers.
Ensure that the maximum number of appointments should be made for a month.
Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls.
Retention percentage should be monitored on a regular basis.
A maximum number of appointments should be given to the sales executives.
Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales.
Being updated on new products and services.
