Job Description

Knowledge & Experience of Accounting data entry, Accounting Methods, Accountings Systems, Accounting Standards. Working Experience in Accounts Review & Finalization of Accounts for Monthly Accounts Closures & for Audit & Income Tax return purpose. Working experience in Accounts reporting like PNL, BS, Cash Flow, Drs Aging, Crs Aging, MIS reporting. Preparation of various accounting reconciliation between Books and Compliances filed. Like, vendors/Customers recon, Bank Recon, 3B, R1, TDS return, GST return, PF, ESIC, PT, Investment (MF, Equity) Working experience of Inventory Management & Cost center reporting. Depreciation working as per income tax & Companies Act Knowledge of statutory compliances, Concept clarity, Payment due dates, return filing due dates, Interest & penalty applicability. (TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, PTRC/EC, MLWF) Compliances working preparation like for TDS, 2B Recon, GST, Advance Tax working, Provisional Financials. Coordination & Assistance to Stat & Auditor & Company Secretary Need Awareness about ROC reporting, Lower deduction certificate, LUT, Transfer pricing Audit, Forex capital gain, Import export

B) Technical Knowledge Well verse in accounting software like Tally prime/Zoho/Other ERP Software. Well verse in MS office Particularly in Power point, Word & Excel. Typing speed must be at least 30-40 WPM. Business Email writings

C) Eligibility Work Experience - Minimum 4-5 Years experience in relevant areas.

Education Qualification - B. Com / BAF, Inter CA not pursuing.

Confident and good in Communication (verbal and written) Team Handling experience required.
