Position: Project Operations Officer/specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project operations (Financial) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the smooth and efficient day-to-day Project operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to Project Financials, Process improvement, Data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Financials - Invoicing and Financial Hygiene
- Understand customer nuances German customer requirements and process
- Analyze Project financials processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with CFTs and implement solutions to optimize efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress
- Interpret/understand German documents Basic level proficiency
- Provide administrative support to the Delivery Team as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Work Experience
1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills:
- Proficiency: MS Excel (pivot tables, Data visualization etc.)
- Expertise in Project Management applications and platforms MS Project.
- German Language A1 level (Beginners)
- Proven organizational skills, including time management and prioritization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with accountability
- Excellent verbal and written communication English
- Attention to detail with strong data analysis skills.
Degree: Bachelors in commerce or business administration
