Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
Assist with performance management and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Support management in organizational development initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in finance or related sectors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient with HR software and MS Office.
Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
