Job Description

In depth understanding of and hands-on experience in end-to-end US Staffing process.
Good understanding of Functional hiring with IT domain skillsets.
Familiarity with US work visas, US tax terms, different work statuses, various time zones is essential.
Proficient with job boards, postings, sourcing skills via LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder etc.
Should possess strong negotiation skills.
Exposure to working with any ATS will be an advantage.
Ensure meeting daily/monthly target of submitting quality candidates for open job requirements released by clients.
Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates and following up on real-time basis till feedback is received from client.
Sending daily activity reports on resume submission and interview updates to the Leads
Candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skill
Comfortable with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
