Business Development Manager- Telecom Solutions @ Amantya Technologies

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager- Telecom Solutions to join our 5G and Communication Business Unit.

Minimum Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience
• Minimum 5 years in Business Development with telecom domain companies (MNOs, OEMs, Telecom service providers)
• Strong understanding of telecom industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs
• B.Tech/B.E degree required, MBA preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead response strategies for proposals, including development, review, competitive positioning, and pricing decisions
• Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to drive business growth in the telecom sector
• Create and deliver compelling solution pitches, RFP/RFI responses, and sales presentations
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to sell telecom solutions and services
• Build value propositions that align customer needs with our company's offerings

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of telecom solutions including 4G, 5G technologies, and related communication systems
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to understand complex telecom solutions and translate them for client needs
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously
