We have an immediate requirement for CRO (Customer Relationship Officer) with a Product Based Company.

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Any Graduation

Fresher's to 3 Years of experienced CRO (Customer Relationship Officer).

We are looking for Customer Relationship Officers (Domestic Process) for a gaming process who can exceed customer expectations and create devoted customers.

As a Customer Relation Officer, you will have access to:

You're Responsibilities

Provide Chat Hosting & Customer Support i.e. Email and call

Deliver a best-in-class experience to the customer.

Create and retain customers by providing excellent service over call, email and Chat.

You're Qualities

0-3 years of experience.

The candidate needs to know and have the below mentioned language combination.

Combination 1 - English + Telugu + Tamil
Combination 2 - English + Telugu + Kannada

Self-starter looking to gain an entry into customer service industry.

Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.

Experience in BPO or Hospitality industry is an added advantage.

Multi lingual capabilities.

Understanding of online real money gaming is desired and would be an added advantage.
