German Speaking Operations Specialist @ EnactOn

Job Description

EnactOn is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused professional who is excellent in German written communication. As a German-Speaking (Native level) Operations Specialist, you will be working with our prestigious client in the space of affiliate and online marketing industry. The client is based in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities as a German-Speaking (Native level) Operations Specialist

• Managing website CMS and adding coupons offers in German
• Content writing in the German language
• Content writing for Social Media
• Help with sales emails (p.e. write follow-ups)
• Provide customer support to users of the portal and handle queries, complaints, and suggestions in the German language
• Collaborate with various internal departments and third-party service providers to enhance the customer experience
• All of these in absolutely polished written or verbal German language
• Requirements for a German-Speaking (Native level) Operations Specialist
• Fluent written (Native-level) German skills are essential
• 2+ years of proven Experience in customer support or sales is required
  Must be willing to work in the Swiss timezone

Soft Skills Required

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility/ownership of projects
• Excellent at remote work asynchronous communication with the client

Education and Qualification

• A bachelors degree or equivalent in business, marketing, computer science, IT, or a related field.
