Job Description
We are looking for a Manual Tester to take full ownership of testing responsibilities in our development process. As the primary tester, you will be responsible for manually validating software features, identifying bugs, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.Full Ownership of Testing: Take complete responsibility for all manual testing activities within the development lifecycle.
Manual Validation: Thoroughly test software features and functionalities through manual testing techniques.
Bug Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects with clarity and detail.
User Experience Focus: Ensure the software meets usability standards and provides a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate in the creation of test plans and test cases based on requirements and specifications, and execute these effectively.
Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified and resolved defects do not reappear and that new changes do not introduce new issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to communicate testing progress, findings, and potential risks.
Test Case Design & Execution.
Bug Tracking Tools (Jira, Bugzilla, or similar)
Knowledge of SDLC & STLC.
Basic understanding of SQL and API Testing.
Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results.
Identify, report, and track bugs.
Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure quality.
Perform regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
Review requirement documents and prepare test scenarios.
