Job Title: Business Analyst -Payments About Us Capco, a Wipro company, is a global technology and management consulting firm Awarded with Consultancy of the year in the British Bank Award and has been ranked Top 100 Best Companies for Women in India 2022 by Avtar & Seramount With our presence across 32 cities across globe, we support 100+ clients across banking, financial and Energy sectors We are recognized for our deep transformation execution and delivery WHY JOIN CAPCO You will work on engaging projects with the largest international and local banks, insurance companies, payment service providers and other key players in the industry The projects that will transform the financial services industry MAKE AN IMPACT Innovative thinking, delivery excellence and thought leadership to help our clients transform their business Together with our clients and industry partners, we deliver disruptive work that is changing energy and financial services #BEYOURSELFATWORK Capco has a tolerant, open culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and creativity CAREER ADVANCEMENT With no forced hierarchy at Capco, everyone has the opportunity to grow as we grow, taking their career into their own hands DIVERSITY & INCLUSION We believe that diversity of people and perspective gives us a competitive advantage MAKE AN IMPACT Job Title: Business Analyst Capco is looking for innovative and creative people to join our Business Analyst Team We are looking for (Job Title) to work on all aspects of project delivery engaging a complex stakeholder group across multiple global regions / product lines to execute global change programs in the Investment Banking domain This includes business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation, driving technical design and specifications in partnership with IT, functional test strategizing and execution, and user acceptance testing coordination Must possess strong relationship management skills and be able to manage requirements and testing across Ops and IT teams both cross-division and globally Role is focused on projects to support the development of regulatory/industry driven changes Location: Mumbai Experience: 3-5 yrs Role Description- Good knowledge in SWIFT Payments & Investigation Thoroughly familiar with payment concepts i e, MT103/110/111/202/210/304 Experience on banking products like LC, BG, Imports ,Retail FX, Export SWIFT messages Awareness of the SWIFT Infrastructure (Technical and Functional) Awareness on the SWIFT regulatory and CSP guidelines requirement Ready to work on weekends / during DR drill and project related activities Knowledge of IPLC, TSS and PCS products 8) Experience working in Indian Banks Details Of The Job Role Functional Analyst BTG is responsible for managing the entire gamut of activities Software Project life cycle most importantly requirement conceptualizing, gathering, testing and roll-out Ability to articulate and define both functional and non-functional (performance etc,) requirements for product Ability to manage Audit and compliance of the application Responsible for documentation, deployment and testing the changes, which are implemented by the vendor/ IT team Experience on Industry formats (ISO15022 / ISO20022/ SWIFT message series 1XX,2XX,3XX,4XX,5XX,7XX,9XX) Responsibilities/Tasks Requirement Gathering, Analysis and Understanding Analyze requirement for impact to existing functionality and workflow Ability to articulate and define both functional and non-functional (performance etc,) requirements for product Project managementDiscussion with Vendor and IT on requirement document, UD/ FSD sign-off, effort estimation and Go Live plan Raise Funding Proposal Note for cost approval, PO placement and delivery date for SIT / UAT Walk through of changes with Stake holders, obtain sign off Enhancement and SFR Testing Preparing and executing test cases, raising defect tracker, discussion on defects coordinating for correction release and preparation of go live Application/Infrastructure support for Vendor Applications in testing environment to users Leadership experience with complex, large-scale projects using a structured project methodology for assignment covering areas of business process analysis and re-engineering for application infrastructure Experience on trade life cycle, settlements and Recon Envision for product roadmap while defining business benefits Ready to provide SWIFT application Support and support for interfacing application / utilitiesJob Classification
