:-
- Responsible for all food and service related issues within his/ her work station and serves passengers according to the highest standards set by the cruise line.
- The Waiter / Waitress should, escorts guest to their tables, presents the food and beverage menus, suggest particular courses and wines and would kindly answer to any questions they may have regarding menu items and wine list.
- Attends various training session organized by direct supervisors and the head of the department, further improving his / her performance level and preparing for a career advancement to a higher position within the cruise line.
- Responsible for setting the tables, obtaining and arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware.
- Must relay all passengers orders to the galley, then would serve the various courses and beverages making sure that all items look presentable and are properly garnished and decorated before serving.
- Helps to set up special events and functions as instructed by the ships management.
- In addition to the routine restaurant duties, he / she may be required to perform some other functions, such as greeting passengers upon embarkation, serving at afternoon teas and Captain's Welcome cocktail parties.
- Must actively participate in dining room entertainment according to established practices of the cruise line and alterations based on the specific itinerary - Caribbean nights, Italian nights etc.

Job Description :-
- Reporting to the Floor Supervisor,responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Clean all assigned guestrooms including: dusting, making beds,soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies
- Sign in and out master keys daily
- Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Update and record all cleaned rooms
- Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office
- Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards
- Report necessary maintenance items
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned

Job Description :-
- Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the Chef.
- Sweeping and mopping floors, as required.
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
- Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations.
- Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.
- Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the Kitchen Manager.
- Packaging customers' leftover food upon request.
- Cleaning trash cans and disposing refuse on a regular basis.
