Job Description
Experience: 5+ years in eNB/gNB software testing, particularly in 3GPP L1/L2/L3, 4G/5G Baseband testing, etc 4G/5G radio protocols.
Education:
B.E. / B.S. / B.Tech. / M.S. / M.E. / M.Tech. in Electrical Electronics/Computer Science (related branches will be considered)
Strong academic background with excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the testing lifecycle from test planning, design, to execution and reporting.
Develop and execute automated test cases and scenarios for 5G features.
Conduct comprehensive security and release assessments.
Validate and verify features developed by the team to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues identified during testing phases.
Mentor junior testers and provide them with guidance on best practices and methodologies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes and methodologies.
Skills Required:
Proficient in test methodologies, tools, and simulators at the system and node level.
Strong understanding of 3GPP radio access standardization of LTE NR , ORAN split architecture (preferably Radio protocols) , including algorithms and protocols.
Knowledge of Iperf , Wireshark and UE Simulators such as TMA/TM500 (Viavi), QXDM is desirable
Develop and maintain post-processing scripts.
Extensive knowledge in Java, Perl, XML, and Python for automated test scenarios.
Strong understanding of 3GPP radio access standardization, including algorithms and protocols.
Good knowledge in Linux and optimizing data processing paths using DPDK and Smart Network Interface Cards.
Familiarity with Docker containers, Kubernetes deployment, Helm charts, and canary deployment.
Experience with CI/CD principles and tools, such as Jenkins and Spinnaker.
Skilled in using version control tools like Git, Gerrit, and Jira.
Understanding of agile and lean methodologies.
Self-driven and proactive approach.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Proficient in English.
